Community Substance Misuse Team

 Who Are We?

The CSMT are a dedicated team of Drug and Alcohol Keyworkers who offer a range of services to people who are having problems with their drug and/or alcohol use.

We do not ask for a commitment to abstinence before we will work with you. We aim to help you make informed choices and to minimise harm.

 When are the Clinics?

At the Primary Care Centre there is a Shared Care clinic on Wednesday afternoons from 2pm to 5pm and Thursday mornings from 9am to 12noon.

A GP referral only clinic is run on alternate Thursdays from 2pm to 5pm

How Do I Make An Appointment? Top

We encourage people to refer themselves for treatment. This can be done by calling our office on 01743 258800.

We also take referrals from GPs at the health centre.
