Delays in prescription processing

Due to a computer error earlier in the week, we have an accumulation of prescriptions to process as we had to fall back to paper processes. The issue has been resolved, please bear with us will we work through the backlog. We will be back to our normal 48-hour turnaround (apart from those that need review) by next week.

The large amount of paper prescriptions generated will also cause delays at your pharmacy too. Please allow an extra day or two if you can, before collecting.
