An issue has cropped up that is blocking access to patients viewing their record online. Our clinical software supplier is investigating, and we are hoping that the functionality will be restored soon.
The error manifests itself as if your access has not been enabled (see picture). This is incorrect, if you had access previously, that is still in-place. There is some communication failure between the website and the clinical system. We apologise for the inconvenience, it is being worked on.
