Community Substance Misuse Team
Who Are We? |
The CSMT are a dedicated team of Drug and Alcohol Keyworkers who offer a range of services to people who are having problems with their drug and/or alcohol use.
We do not ask for a commitment to abstinence before we will work with you. We aim to help you make informed choices and to minimise harm.
When are the Clinics? |
At the Primary Care Centre there is a Shared Care clinic on Tuesday Mornings from 9.30am to 1pm and Thursday mornings from 9am to 12noon.
A GP referral only clinic is run on alternate Thursdays from 2pm to 5pm
How Do I Make An Appointment? |
We encourage people to refer themselves for treatment. This can be done by calling our office on 01743 258800.
We also take referrals from GPs at the health centre.
